We were engaged to develop the interiors for this mountain modern new build residence. We worked with a sophisticated palette that balanced light and dark elements and created spaces for simple day-to-day living and entertaining.

Maximizing the spectacular views from the property became the priority in organizing every room.

The palette and finishes for this project were inspired by the home’s mountain lakeside location and reflect both it’s natural setting, the architectural vision for the development and the railroad and transportation-influenced history of the area.
